Tasting Notes: An award-winning premium wine with excellent varietal character. Highly rated by Decanter Magazine, Wine Enthusiast and Jancis Robinson among other critics and wine press. A favorite of many restaurants and wine shops in Europe, Asia, and the USA. Produced from selected estate grown grapes. Of an intense purple color characteristic of Malbec with aromas of ripe black fruits. In the mouth, it is full bodied, dry, well balanced with supple tannins. It has a nice finish with hints of plum and cocoa.

Biodynamically grown, by Angela and Werner Michlits and vinified in stainless steel, the result shows the essential qualities of this grape: fresh squeezed lemon, lime and white pepper in the nose, with a flinty minerality. These aromas continue on the palate, along with green apples, with a light, fresh feel and mild acidity. The finish is long, tart, with spiced citrus notes making this a pleasantly refreshing wine that pairs well with a variety of foods.

An exciting blend of Grüner Veltliner, Sauvignon Blanc and Muskateller (70%, 20%,10%) in which the Grüner Veltliner provides acidity to balance the tropical fruits from the Sauvignon Blanc and the floral aromas of the Muskateller. The Grüner Veltliner appears as green apples and white pepper. The grapefruit and other citrus notes are from the Sauvignon Blanc, while the Muskateller dominates the finish with a floral bouquet.
